Where we serve
Both coasts, south of the line
Everything south of West Palm Beach on the Atlantic and south of Tampa on the Gulf. Crews are sent from the nearest county, never from one distant office — the drive is the part of the job nobody should be paying for.

Response
What we commit to, by county
Emergency targets for clients under an agreement. Everyone else is attended to as soon as a crew is free, which in season can mean the following day.
| County | Emergency target | Scheduled work |
|---|---|---|
| Broward | 4 hours | Next business day |
| Palm Beach | 4 hours | Next business day |
| Miami-Dade | 4 hours | Next business day |
| Lee | 4 hours | Next business day |
| Collier | 4 hours | Next business day |
| Charlotte | Same day | Within 2 days |
| Sarasota | Same day | Within 2 days |
| Manatee | Same day | Within 2 days |
| Monroe & the Keys | Same day | Scheduled runs |
The Keys are served on scheduled runs rather than ad hoc. Tell us the island and we will tell you the next one.
What runs in each county
All three divisions, everywhere
The service area is the same for all three divisions. Amalfi Mechanical holds commercial HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing and electrical for hotels, restaurants, retail centres and office property. Amalfi Estates keeps waterfront residences on a written calendar of care. Amalfi Construction takes tenant buildout, renovation and remodel.
Ten cities have a page of their own, describing the building stock and the local conditions there — Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Miami Beach, Boca Raton, West Palm Beach, Delray Beach, Pompano Beach, Naples, Fort Myers and Sarasota.
Outside these counties
Ask anyway
We follow clients. If you hold property in Vero Beach, Stuart, Tampa or further north and you already work with us elsewhere, we would rather travel than hand you to someone else. Tell us where it is.
